No hope: Safaricom issues statement about internet and voice outage outage

Kenyans using safaricom network today suffered voice and data outage since morning.

Safaricom is the biggest data network in Kenya serving about 80% of kenyans and with upto 20 million subscribers.

Safaricom has issued statement about the data and voice outage and there is no hope for kenyans as Safaricom has said that they have not fixed the issue and still working on it .here is there statement
"We wish to apologize to our customers that we are currently experiencing voice and data outage
Caused by multiple fibre link cuts affecting critical transmission equipment" read part of the statement.

Data access has been affected by the outage across the country.
