For the past few days there has been speculations that Weston hotel, owned by deputy president William Ruto will be demolished.
Today the government has taken a drastic move and has marked a section of the hotel for demolitions.
According to live images by NTV it shows a section of the hotel has been marked for demolitions.
"Demolitions in the capital: @KenMijungu is following up on reports that indicate a section of Weston Hotel has been marked for demolition."
It is said that the demolitions will only affect a section of the hotel and it will not bring down the whole building.
We will wait and see as demolitions on sections of the hotel is scheduled for 31st this month.
