DPP likely to order arrest of Supreme Court Judge, anytime from now

A judge of the Supreme Court, who has been under investigations over allegations of corruption, is likely to be arrested any time from now.
The Nation on Monday reported its sources indicating that an investigation on the Supreme Court judge was coordinated by the Director of Public Prosecutions (DPP) Noordin Haji and the Director of Criminal Investigations (DCI) George Kinoti.
The DPP is said to be in the last stages of reviewing the evidence and could soon order the arrest of the individual who will become the highest ranking official in the judiciary to be apprehended in the ongoing campaign against corruption.
The Supreme Court Justice allegedly engaged in corrupt and abuse of office practices, mainly through the fallen Imperial Bank.
The Kenya Revenue Authority is also said to be part of the investigations.
Both Haji and Kinoti declined to comment on the matter.
