Jacque maribe has Nairobi high court reasons,why she wants to be released on bond
Maribe highleted the following reasons
1.she has corporated with authorities and has appeared when summoned more than 9 times .
2. She does not know Monica, didn't know where late Monica lived and was not present in the murder scene.
3.She is a single mother of one and her baby is only 4 years old.she needs to take care of the baby
4. Maribe says that she will not hinder with wifnesses in the case and plans to have no communication with them.
5.She has always corporated with investigators and She handed over her car and phone and availed herself for DNA tests all without warrants or summons from prosecutors.
6.She will deposit her passport in court to prove that she is not a flight risk.
