Lugari MP Ayub Savula has been arrested for defrauding the government advertising agency close to 2.5 billion shilling.
According to those privy to the case, DCI are probing 2.5B contracts which involved government advertising.
A Twitter user wondered why lugari constituency always elected crooks as his predecessor is also in court over corruption charges .

So apparently Lugari MP Ayub Savula has just been arrested. The reason is said to be Fraud. His predecessor is also in court for money problems. I wonder why this constituency is attracted to such leaders.'
