Migori Governor Okoth Obado to spend more nights at Industrial Area remand prison, court to rule on his bail application on 24th October.
Okoth obado had been imprisoned ever since September 27 after being arrested when he went to record a statement .
He will spend at least 1 month by October 24 at police cells.
Obado is being charged in the brutal murder of sharing otieno and her 7 month old foetus.Lady Justice Jessie Lessit has directed that governor Okoth Obado's bail ruling be set for October 24th, 9am.
He is being co accused together with his p.a Michael oyamo and caspel osipiero.
