Deputy president William Ruto will today graduate with a Doctorate degree from the University of Nairobi.
Deputy President William Ruto has graduated with a PhD in Plant Ecology while CS Eugine Wamalwa has graduated with Masters in Law at the University of Nairobi.
Ruto had been working for the degree for the past 5 years and he failed to graduate last year after he failed to meet the threshold to be awarded the degree.
Ruto was joined by his wife Rachel Ruto during the graduation ceremony.
