Friday, August 2, 2019 - Nominated Senator, Millicent Omanga, caused a stir after she appeared in a public function drunk.
In the undated video, drunk Omanga is seen demanding to speak to the public.
She takes the microphone from Jaguar by force.
Jaguar noticed that she is drunk and that’s why he didn’t want to give her the microphone.
Omanga was clearly staggering and stammering, an indication that she had taken a few bottles before attending the function.
A source whispered to the Kenyan DAILY POST that Omanga is an alcoholic.
