THEY were not the victims of the accident. THERE was a uniformed traffic police officer at the scene already attending to the accident. THE young lady was already calling for help. BUT they decided they were better law enforcers than the govt and the police. JUST because ni watu wa nduthi na wameshikana. NO stopping till they are all dealt with.
