Gideon Moi ranks second according to recent polls on preferred presidential candidate after Ruto.
Gideon had previously studied in South Africa but it is understood that he never finished schooling.
He will for sure vie for presidency come 2022 as it is necessary for one to have a degree in order to vie for presidency.
